Just a couple of things before the break.
Remider that there is a Band schedule on the Charms website if you need. www.charmsmusic.com Don't forget that we are hosting the Band Festival this year on Saturday, March 19th. We need many parent volunteers to run this event.
If you haven't had a chance to help out this year, now is your chance.
A sign up sheet has been added to google for everyone to view. The direction to get to it are below. You need to sign up first. (See below)
After that, the link is:
When you go there you will see spaces with yellow and green spots.
The yellow are for students and the green for parents. Please only fill in those spaces. You will see that there are 3 different time slots. They are marked at the top as Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Students or both.
These are the times that the kids can work. Don't forget that in addition to running the event, our kids are also performing in it. So the top of the sheets says when they can work to avoid the time that they will need to be performing. If you have any questions, just let me know. Again we need a lot of help, so please check out the google sheet and sign up.

Above is the link to the volunteer sign-up. It is a google document. Please create a google name and password to view the documents. (It doesn t cost you anything to do this.) We will be using more documents like this throughout the year, so please take the time to create your google account for this and future documents.
This document updates in real time so once you enter your name, it will be there for all to see. This will make it easier to track our needs.
Everyone can see how many volunteers we still need anytime they sign in.
We are not asking you to do everything, but we are asking everyone to do something. It takes many volunteers to run the band program and we appreciate everyone s help.
